This gorgeous girl turned 3 at the end of February and her special need is brittle bone disease. She comes from an excellent orphanage where the ratio of nannies to children is very good and they have good access to medical care. At this time she is still unable to walk.The agency who has her file has offered a $3500 grant towards her adoption.
